Vielen Unternehmen ist das bewusst. Doch an der Umsetzung fehlt es noch. Frauen sind in der Wirtschaft und in den Führungsetagen von Unternehmen und Organisationen noch immer stark unterrepräsentiert. Müssten nicht AufsichtsrätInnen Sturm laufen, wenn auf der Hand liegende Vorteile seitens der Unternehmensführung ignoriert werden…? Denn das McKinsey Global Institute errechnet: «Die Reduzierung des „Gender Gaps“ in Zeiten von stagnierendem Wachstum und Fachkräftemangel würde das weltweite BIP bis 2025 um 12 Billionen Dollar steigern». Welches Argument braucht ein Unternehmen eigentlich noch?
